1. Exhibition & Training Bookings
Dunk exhibition bookings, vertical jump training sessions, and commentary/emcee engagements are quoted individually and confirmed via a booking agreement or invoice. Deposits and cancellation terms for a specific booking are governed by that agreement.
2. Physical Merchandise Returns (30 Days)
Official Reemix apparel and merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
3. Digital Courses & Downloadable Products
Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, digital training guides and video content are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience technical access issues, our support team will resolve them promptly.
4. Requesting a Refund
